Every year training programmes are conducted throughout the year to create employment amongst unemployed poor especially women in following trade-
Kishori Shakti Yojana (Government funded programme)

Vocational training scheme under UP Government, cutting and tailoring training is provided to young females, about 30 students have been trained in District Shrawasti.
Sarva Shikha Abhiyan (Government funded programme)
Vocational training scheme under UP Government, Mushroom Production, Vermi compost, cutting& tailoring training for the minority group, 5 centers were operated with about 50 student in each centre were trained in the District Shrawasti.
District Industry Center SC/ST Sub Plan (Government funded programme)
Scheme under UP Government Vocational training for cutting and tailoring to SC/ST about 90 students were trained in the District Shrawasti.
Infrastructure partner with NIESBUD (Government funded programme)
Being working with National Institute for Entrepreneurship and small business development (niesbud) Ministry of Micro, small &medium enterprises, govt. of India and providing vocational training to students in Barabanki, Shrawasti and Lucknow in the fields of Computer accounting with tally, computer hardware and networking, Designing and manufacturing of artificial jwellery, Mushroom cultivation etc. In the current year about 530 students have been trained in which about 25% students are promoted for employment and self employment.
Computer Education Programme (Self funded programme)
Every year computer training programme is conducted in association with Computer Appliances, giving computer related education, with the help of study material and regular practice , to more than 400 student each year.
